All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. We ensure that all customers are provided with a watch care guideline with their product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return the item within a 28 day period. Item(s) must be unused and still in a brand new condition and must be returned with the original packaging
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or not what you ordered from our site then you can return it to us and we will exchange it for you. In these circumstances we will also refund any postal costs incurred by you to return the timepiece to us once the fault has been identified.
If you are returning an item because it is unwanted, you will have to incur the cost of returning it to us. In this case the original postage fee if paid, will be non-refundable.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.
With your purchase you will have received a returns form, LIFETIME WARRANTY and an instructions manual. Be sure to include them all with your unused product, appropriately packed. We only cover the postage fees for items that have been proven to be faulty by our service department.
