Payment for pre-order items will be taken immediately, and your item will be dispatched on the specified date stated on your chosen item. You will be charged the total amount of the complete order which includes the value of any standard non pre-order item.

If for any reason you change your mind and require a refund please get in touch with our customer care team who will be able to assist you.



We accept a variety of payments including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. However, we do not accept Maestro and American Express (Amex).

Please note if you choose to pay by PayPal, your payment will be processed immediately.

By placing an order you confirm to us that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have express permission from the owner of said card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to independent checks and approval processes by the card issuer. If your bank or card issuer denies payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or cancellation of your transaction.
